HERACLES G.C.C. announces that Μr Michael Michelis, Chief Financial Officer, departs from the Company as of 31.7.2013.

By separate announcement to follow on 30.9.2013, the Company will make known the new appointment in the position of the Chief Financial Officer.

For the period starting 1.8.2013 to 29.9.2013 Mr Pierre Deleplanque, Managing Director, will replace the position fully in its extension, for all kind of duties, responsibilities and rights.
