Press Release regarding the results of Tax Audit and the issue of Tax Certificate for the fiscal year 2012

Thessaloniki, October 1^st, 2013

The company ELGEKA S.A., according to the Athens Stock Exchange regulation, par.4.1.3.1 and Law 3340/2005 (article 10, par. 1), announces to the investing public that the tax audit of the Company and its Greek subsidiaries for the fiscal year 2012 has been concluded by the Certified Auditors according to law 2238/1994 article 82 par.5 and the relevant "unqualified" Tax Certificates have been issued.
