As of December 28, 2023, the shares of the company "TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INESTMENT COMPANY" (GRS487003006) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 0.34665707600092 new (CR) share for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 52,816,895 new CR shares - at an issue price of €1.42 per share. The rights' trading period is set from January 3, 2024, to January 11, 2024 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from January 3, 2024, to January 16, 2024 (included). It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on December 28, 2023, are set as follows: +10% at the theoretical adjusted share price: €1.4100 and -10% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (27/12/2023): €1.4000.

The following can be deduced from the above:
