Continuation of the Suspension of trading of the shares of the company "VARVARESSOS S.A."

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and further to the ATHEX announcement of May 3rd, 2023, the suspension of trading of the shares of "VARVARESSOS S.A." is continued, in line with par.1, article 17, Law 3371/2005, based on HCMC's evaluation that the complete and correct disclosure of information and as a consequence the smooth operation of the market for the company's shares, is not ensured, as  the company did not take the necessary actions in order to lift the reasons for which the suspension of trading of its shares was requested from the ATHEX.
