Temporary Suspension of trading of the financial instruments of the company "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A."

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the financial instruments of "ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A." is temporarily suspended, as of today Monday, October 23rd, 2023, in line with par. 1 art.17  Law 3371/2005, in order for the protection of investors and the smooth operation of the market, until the necessary clarifications are given by the HFSF regarding the conditions of the HFSF disinvestment process. Temporarily suspended are also the Derivative Products and the Stock Lending Products of the aforementioned company.
