As of July 19, 2022, the shares of the company "ALPHA TRUST ANDROMEDA INVESTMENT TRUST S.A." (GRS433003019) are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 3 new (CR) shares for every 2 old (CR) shares held - with issue of 2,406,816 new CR shares - at an issue price of €6.34 per share. The rights' trading period is set from July 22, 2022, to August 1, 2022 (included). The rights' subscription period is set from July 22, 2022, to August 4, 2022 (included).

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on  July 19, 2022, are set as follows: +30% the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (18/07/2022): €6.400 and -30% at the adjusted start share price: €6.3500.

For convenience, the formula for the calculation of the adjusted start share price is given below, which results from Decision 26 of the ATHEX BoD and is applicable to every Share Capital Increase with a rights' issue, in favour of the old shareholders of the company:

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the adjusted share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:
