Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of "PROODEFTIKI TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A." is lifted, as of tomorrow, Tuesday, August 31st, 2021, since the reasons for suspension are no longer in effect, taking into account that the company published the Financial Report for the fiscal year 2020 on Monday, August 30th, 2021, upon which the auditor's report expressed an "Unqualified Opinion - Material uncertainty related to going concern and Emphasis of Matter". 

 

As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading on the Surveillance Category.
