Athens, November 23, 2021

Regarding the fluctuation price limits of the share of ATTICA BANK S.A. for the trading session of 22/11/2021 and following the announcement on the ATHEXGROUP website of 19/11/2021, we inform you that according to the terms of the specific share capital increase through a rights issue, in favor of the old shareholders of the bank, with the issue of 1,200,000,000 new (CR) shares, in terms of 49.5265161872259 new (CR) shares for every 1 old (CR) share held, at an issue price of €0.20 per share, the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on  November 22, 2021 are expanded (according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect) as follows: +30% at the closing share price €3.9500 of the ATHEX last trading session (19/11/2021), i.e. €5.1300, and -30% at the adjusted start share price €0.2740, which resulted from the share capital increase, i.e. €0.1918.
