The Company EUROPEAN RELIANCE S.A. according to the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and article 10 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005, informs the investing public that following the special tax audit for the fiscal year 2016, conducted by the statutory auditors according to the article 65Α par. 1 of Law 4174/2013, both Company and its Subsidiaries, issued respectively tax compliance reports with unqualified conclusion.
