Grimaldi Chairman of Minoan Lines BoD (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) on December 30th 2015 bought 293 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 586.00, on December 31st 2015 bought 94 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 188.00, on January 04th 2016 bought 159 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 318.00 and on January 05th 2016 bought 1,025 Minoan Lines ordinary shares of a total value of € 2,050.00. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
