The EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies announces its financial results for the period January 1^st to September 30^th 2015, in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (I.F.R.S.).

The consolidated turnover amounted to Euro 28.7 million compared to Euro 22.9 million during the same period of 2014, increased by 25.3%, due to better wind performance data and increased installed capacity.

Consequently, EBITDA amounted to Euro 21.0 million, compared to Euro 15.6 million for the same period of 2014, while EBIT amounted to Euro 14.9 million, compared to Euro 9.6 million for the 9-month period of 2014. EBITDA and EBIT margins were increased from 68.0% to 73.4%, and from 41.9% to 51.8% respectively.

Consolidated profit after tax (net profit) amounted to Euro 5.9 million, compared to Euro 3.4 million during the corresponding period of 2014, of which the attributable amount to the parent company is Euro 5.5 million, compared to Euro 3.2 million for the same period of 2014.

Consolidated net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0669 compared to Euro 0.0472 for the same period of 2014.

Consolidated net debt (total loans minus cash, cash equivalents and restricted deposits, financial assets held to maturity) decreased to Euro 96.0 million, compared to Euro 104.3 million on December 31^st 2014. 

In reference to the parent company, the total turnover amounted to Euro 26.4 million, compared to Euro 21.1 million in the same 9-month period of 2014. EBITDA amounted to Euro 19.3 million, compared to Euro 14.0 of the same period of 2014, while EBIT amounted to Euro 13.6 million, compared to Euro 8.5 million of the 9-month period of 2014. Profits after tax (net profits) amounted to Euro 5.1 million, compared to Euro 2.7 million in the same period of 2014, and net profit per share amounted to Euro 0.0614, compared to 0.0403 for January-September period of 2014.

It has to be noted that within the 2^nd and 3^rd quarter of 2015, the wind farm in Ortholithi as well as the extension of the existing wind park of Magoula Kazakou were commissioned (the 2^nd in trial operation). Therefore, the total installed capacity of EL.TECH. ANEMOS Group of companies at end-September 2015 was 207.55 MW, comprising of fourteen (14) wind farms of 200.60 MW, one (1) small hydroelectric project of 4.95 MW and one (1) photovoltaic project of 2.00 MWp.

Today, two (2) wind parks with a total installed capacity of 57 MW are in stage of construction. In addition, projects of a total installed capacity of 784 MW are at various stages of the licensing process, 236 MW of which have environmental conditions approval.
