HELLENIC CABLES S.A. announces, according to article 16 par. 3 of Law 3556/2007, about the signing  of a common bond loan contract for the amount of  €4,264,123, with ALPHA BANK S.A. and ALPHA BANK LONDON LTD. The loan has 5 years maturity and has been issued according to L.3156/2003 and CL.2190/1920, based on the decision of the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated November 28, 2013 and the decision of the Board of Directors dated December 2, 2015.

The loan will be used to finance investments of the company that have been subject to the provisions of  L. 3299/2004.
