Notification of information as per Law 3556/2007

G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Spyridon Tasoglou, that on the 4^th  of December 2015, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Spyridon Tasoglou holds in the Company, recorded a change over 3% of the total voting rights in the Company and fell from 9,88%  to 6,49% of the total voting rights in the Company.
