Announcement of significant change in voting rights according to Law 3556/2007
SFAKIANAKISS.A.announces according to Law 3556/2007 and based on relevant notifications received the following:
The shareholder of the company Mrs Aikaterini Sfakianaki made a denunciation on the shareholders agreement dated 01.08.20007 between herself and Mrs. Miranda-Efstratia Sfakianaki.
According to the previous disclosure, the direct participation of Mrs. Aikaterini Sfakianaki-Platia remains zero while the percentage of indirect participation through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDING S.A. was formed from 49.39% to 16.46% of total number of shares and voting rights.
According to the previous disclosure, the direct participation of Mrs. Miranda-Efstratia Sfakianaki remains zero while the percentage of indirect participation through SFAKIANAKIS HOLDING S.A. was formed from 49.39% to 32.93% of total number of shares and voting rights.
