PIRAEUS BANK SA exceeded the threshold of 25% of the voting rights of the Company and holds cumulative voting rights 33.10% of the total voting rights from 0% previously. The percentage of PIRAEUS BANK breaks down as follows: 24.99% direct voting rights (64.730.567 shares) and 8.11% indirect voting rights (21.015.000 shares) through the company PIRAEUS LEASING SA.ALPHA BANK SA exceeded the threshold of 20% of the voting rights of the Company and holds direct voting rights 20.84% (53.970.353 shares) of the total voting rights from 0% previously.EUROBANK ERGASIAS BANK SA exceeded the threshold of 15% of the voting rights of the Company and holds direct voting rights 16.04% (41.555.104 shares) of the total voting rights from less than 5% previously.NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of the Company and holds direct voting rights 5.95% (15.401.300 shares) of the total voting rights from 0% previously.
