The Company announces that after negotiations with the lending banks, has signed on 28/09/2015 a restructuring and new financing agreement for its subsidiary “Kilkis Spinning Mills S.A”, according to article 106b of L.3588/2007, which was filed for validation to the First Instance Court of Kilkis on 30/09/2015 and which provides, among others, new financing from Alpha Bank, National Bank and Piraeus Bank and partly from the basic shareholders of the Company.

The agreement was signed within the framework of actions for restructuring and return to full operations of the abovementioned subsidiary.
