In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.1.3.1 of the Regulation of ASE and the article 10 par. 1 of the L.3340/2005, Karatzis SA announces to the investors that the tax audit for the fiscal year 2014 has been completed by the Certified Chartered Auditors, pursuant to the provisions of article 65A par. 1 L.4174/2013. The auditors has issued unqualified tax certificate.
