NIREUS SA announces that the coverage of share capital increase, through the capitalization of bank lending amounting to €58.599.999,90, was concluded on 02.10.2015 following the decisions of the 1^st Repeat Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that convened on 04.05.2015.

The Company will inform the investing public for the completion of the share capital increase with the credit of the new shares to the accounts of the beneficiaries.
