EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA announces the following:

1. The foreign company DAVA VENTURES LIMITED (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, which is closely associated with the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with article 11 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/03.07.2007, announces that following its merger (by absorption) with ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LIMITED and due to the transfer of its assets to the absorbing company, 5,270,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA are transferred to the absorbing company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LIMITED.
2. The foreign company ARGONIO ENTERPRISES LIMITED (“obliged person” according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, which is closely associated with the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA, Mr. Anastassios Kallitsantsis) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007, in combination with article 11 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/03.07.2007, announces that following the absorption of DAVA VENTURES LIMITED and due to the transfer of the absorbed company, it acquired 5,270,000 common, registered, voting shares of EL.TECH. ANEMOS SA from the absorbed company DAVA VENTURES LIMITED.

The above were notified to us pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
