The company «Minoan Lines SA» announces that on May 23rd, 2016 completed the transfer of vessel «IKARUS PALACE» into the company «Grimaldi Euromed SpA» to which had been chartered out since July 2010.

To total sale price of the ship amounted to 55 million euros and the estimated net profit from the sale will be shaped at approximately 3.5 million euros and will be included in the financial results for the first half 2016.
