The shares of the company "NIREUS S.A." (GRS234003002) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase due to the merger by absorption of the company "SEAFARM ΙΟΝΙΑΝ S.A.", with the  issue of 31,582,478 new (CR) shares and with the following shares΄ exchange ratio: i) each shareholder of "NIREUS S.A." exchanges every 1 (CR) share held with 1.0746686149 new (CR) shares and ii) each shareholder of "SEAFARM ΙΟΝΙΑΝ S.A." exchanges every 1 share held with 0.5167857101 new (CR) share of the company "NIREUS S.A.". It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on March 21, 2016, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (18/03/2016): € 0.122 and -30% at the adjusted start share price:  € 0.114
