Company DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA announces that following a meeting held today, its Board of Directors (BoD) appointed new BoD Members to fill a vacant position and replace Members who have resigned, in line with the Company's Articles of Incorporation and the legislation in force.
