REGARDING THE COMPLETION OF THE EXERCISE OF THE SQUEEZE-OUT RIGHT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE ORDINARY SHARES OF THE COMPANY “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” BY THE COMPANY “LAFARGE CEMENTOS”

The company “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” (hereinafter, the “Company”) announces, in accordance with Article 27 paragraph 6 of Law 3461/2006 and further to the relevant notification dated 18 March 2016 by the Hellenic Central Securities Depository, that on 18 March 2016 the registration of the company “LAFARGE CEMENTOS SAU” (hereinafter, “Lafarge Cementos”) in the Dematerialized Securities System as the new holder of the 4,216,145 shares of the Company (to which pertained the squeeze out right exercised by virtue of the resolution of the Board of Directors no. 751/24.02.2016) was completed.

Therefore, Lafarge Cementos holds today directly 71,082,707 shares of the Company in total, which represent 100% of the total paid-up share capital and voting rights of the Company.
