Temporary suspension of trading of the shares of DIONIC S.A.

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, trading of the shares of  "DIONIC S.A." is suspended as of today March 31st, 2016 in line with paragraph 2^d, article 23, L. 3556/2007,  for a maximum time period of ten (10) days, due to the fact that there are reasonable grounds for considering that the company's released Annual Financial Reports for  fiscal year 2015 (published on 31/03/2016) have not been prepared according to IAS/IFRS standards, on the basis of  the auditors' report, which includes a "qualified opinion and matters of emphasis".
