Full year 2015 results

In 2015, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to Euro 6.8 million compared to Euro 6.4 million last year, increased by 6% y-o-y. Turnover reached Euro 29.8 million compared to Euro 28.9 million in 2014.

As the positive trend of tourist arrivals continued throughout the year, the hotel operation benefited from the improvement in occupancy levels and the increase in average rates. The company posted profit after tax of Euro 2.2 million compared to profit of Euro 0.3 million in 2014, also positively affected by the change in the income tax rate.
