SFAKIANAKIS S.A., within the framework of reliable and timely information of the investing public and pursuant to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces its Financial Calendar for fiscal year 2015:

-       Announcement of Annual Financial Statements and Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2015: Thursday, 31 March 2016.

-       Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders: Wednesday, 18 May 2016.

The Company's Board of Directors is going to propose to the Annual Ordinary Meeting of the Shareholders the non distribution of dividend for fiscal year 2015.

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the investing public by amending the present, as defined in the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
