NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA notifies, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and after a notification received on 13.06.2016 : that the ultimate controlling party of Linnaeus Capital BV, due to hereditary succession, is Ms. Natalia Zolotova. Linnaeus Capital BV holds directly 5.55% of NIREUS AQUACULTURE SA share capital with voting rights 16.170.734.
