Following the merger of «SEAFARM IONIAN SA» after its being absorbed by «NIREUS AQUACULTURE S.A» and by virtue of the decision number 133423 dated on December 22nd, 2015 by the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism that was registered in the General Commercial Registry (G.E.M.I.) on December 22nd, 2015 under the registration code number 481808 and the related announcements,

The Management of NIREUS SA invites the Shareholders of the absorbed company «SEAFARM IONIAN SA» to provide all required documents (printout of the data of shareholder's records from the Dematerialised Securities System ) in order that the new shares of NIREUS SA to which the company is entitled to be credited to its records and entered into the Dematerialised Securities System.

Following the completion of the time frame of the credit, those shareholders who have not appeared to declare the above information will be shown in the records as "unpresented shareholders of the Issuer", according to article 9 of the Dematerialised Securities System's Operating Rule. The legalization process of the unpresented shareholders will be carried out through the issuer.
