According to article 4.1.2 & 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, we announce to our Financial Calendar for the year 2016:

The announcement date of the Annual Financial Report for the year 2015 and the Annual Financial Statements for the year 2015 prepared in accordance with IFRS, by posting on the ATHEX website www.ase.gr (after the close of the meeting) and the http://ir.europaikipisti.gr/ company website, will be on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be in Tuesday, the 14th June 2016 - 14:00 Local Time
 
The Board of Directors of the Company will propose to the Annual General Meeting a dividend of 0.06 euros per share, for the year 2015.

Ex Dividend date: Wednesday, the 22nd June 2016
Record date of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date): Thursday, the 23rd June 2016
Date of dividend payment: Tuesday, the 28th June 2016

The Company has the right to change the date of the Annual General Meeting, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
