CHANGE OF COMPANY'S NAME
CORINTH PIPEWORKS informs the investment community that on May 26, 2016 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders decided, amongst other items, to change the Company's name to «CORINTH PIPEWORKS HOLDINGS, SOCIETE ANONYME».
The Ministry of Finance, Development and Tourism by its decision bearing No. 64306/16-06-2016 which was registered with General Commercial Registry under registration number 676442, approved the amendment of the relevant article of the company's Bylaws. The Stock Markets Steering Committee of Athens Exchange in its meeting held on June 30th, 2016 was notified of the above decision. Following the above, by resolution of the Company, it is decided that as from Wednesday July 6, 2016, the name of the company in the Athens Exchange shall change to «CORINTH PIPEWORKS HOLDINGS, SOCIETE ANONYME ».
