The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (A'-66), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005, as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (A'-279), will participate in the competition of the will participate in the competition of the Independent Transmission Operator S.A. for pick-up type vehicles (rural) and specifically for the Type 1 "Four vehicles (4) pick-up type (rural) 4x4 single cab 2-door" and Type 2 "Thirty-four (34) pick wagons -up (rural) 4x4 double cabin 4-door" with competition date on 21.06.2016 under No.: 401605/21.04.2016 Declaration, and any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competition.

It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
