European Reliance General Insurance Company S.A. (the Company) informs, in accordance with law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that according to the 05/13/2016 TR-1 document, received on that date, from the shareholder of the Company (Legal Entity) European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, on 05.11.2016, the following changes took place in participation rates in the share capital and voting rights on the shares of company:

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, purchased 4,125,552 common shares of the Company with of a total value of 5,775,772.80 euro. By this purchase the participation of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the share capital of the Company amounts to 15%.
