EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs that according to the 11/05/2016 TR-1 notification received on that date, from the shareholder and the CEO of the Board of the company, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, the following changes in the rates of participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company's shares took place on 11.05.2016:

Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, bought 1,593,419 shares at a value 2,230,786.60

Ms. Georgakopoulou Heleni, a person connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005 with the CEO of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, sold 200,000 common shares of the Company with a total value of 280,000 euros.

Ms. Georgakopoulou Antonia a person connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005 with the CEO of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, bought and sale 234 620 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 328 468 euro.

Following the above transfer, the proportion of voting rights of Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, of all of the Company's voting rights rose from 22.6964% to 27.7627%. Of this percentage, 14 230% held directly and the remaining 13.532% indirectly. The percentage of indirect participation is as follows: Georgakopoulou Heleni (daughter): 3.2717% Georgakopoulou Antonia (daughter): 6.844% and Georgakopoulou Chryssanthi (wife): 3.4167%. The voting rights of these three shareholders exercised under general authorization from Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos.
