EUROPEAN RELIANCE SA (the Company) announces that pursuant to the provisions of Law. 3556/2007, L.3340 / 2005, Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007, the Circular 33 and Decision 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that the following transactions took place on Tuesday 11 of May 2016:

Mr. Georgakopoulos Christos, CEO - Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, bought 1,593,419 common shares of the Company with a total value of 2,230,786.60 euros.

Mr. Verzovitis Stefanos, General Manager of Financial and Administrative Services - Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, bought 165,020 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 231,028.00 euros.

Mrs. Evdokia Constantinidi, a person connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005 with the executive member of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Sharp Erik, bought 270,000 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 378,000.00 euros.

Mr. Halkiopoulos Nicholaos, Vice President and Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, bought 165,020 common shares of the Company  with a total value of 231,028.00 euros.

Mr. Theodoros Chronis, Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, bought 10,000 common registered shares of the Company with a total value of 14,000.00 euros.

Ms. Georgakopoulou Heleni, a person connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005 with the CEO of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, sold 200,000 common shares of the Company with a total value of 280,000.00 euros.

Ms. Georgakopoulou Antonia a person connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005 with the CEO of the Board of Directors of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, bought and sale 234 620 common shares of the Company, with a total value of 328,468.00 euros.
