EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs that according to the 09/05/2016 TR-1 notification received on that date, from the shareholder and the CEO of the Board of the company, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, the following changes in the rates of participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company's shares took place on 09.05.2016:

Ms. Eleni Georgakopoulou, a person which is connected within the meaning of Law 3340/2005, with the CEO of the company European Reliance General Insurance SA, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, proceeded on 05/09/2016 to the selling of 650.000 common shares of the Company, with a total amount of 910.000 euros.  Following the above transfer the direct and indirect participation of Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos to the total share capital and the Company's voting rights increased from 25,060% to 22,6964%.
