NIREUS SA announces that, due to the commencement of trading of the new  669.131 shares that resulted from the conversion of the CompanyΆs convertible bond, the CompanyΆs share capital amounts to 87.384.628,50 euro and is divided into 291.282.095 common registered shares of nominal value 0.30 euro each.  This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par. 5) in order to facilitate the calculation of percentages of voting rights, as well as significant changes in the participations in the CompanyΆs share capital.
