According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A., announces to the investing community the financial calendar, as follows:

1. The Company's Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, June 3^rd, 2016.
2. The FY 2015 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange on Thursday, March 31^st, 2016, and will be published on the company's website on the same day.
3. The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2015 results will take place on Friday, April 1^st, 2016, via a teleconference.
4. The Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2015.
