In accordance with  article 16,Law2190/1920   MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 30, 2014)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated October 10, 2014) the end of the  buyback programme on  30.06.2016.
During this period the company acquired 421.168 shares with mid price 3,713 euros of  total worth 1.563.999 euros
