ANNOUNCEMENT

REGARDING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE CAPITAL MARKET COMMISSION FOR THE DELISTING OF THE SHARES OF THE COMPANY “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” FROM THE ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE

The company “HERACLES GENERAL CEMENT CO” (hereinafter, the “Company”) announces that on 5 April 2016 it submitted to the Capital Market Commission an application for the delisting of the shares of the Company from the Athens Stock Exchange.

The submission to the Capital Market Commission of the above application had been previously unanimously approved by the self-convened Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders which hold ordinary registered shares with voting rights, which took place on 4 April 2016 and which was attended by the company with registered name “LAFARGE CEMENTOS SAU,” sole shareholder of the Company and holder of all its 71,082,707 shares (namely, 100% of its voting rights), as well as the Notary Public of Athens, Konstantinos Konstantinou.
