ANNOUNCEMENT OF 2016 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

HERACLES G.C.C. with the purpose of providing proper, valid and timely information to investors and in accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2016:

-       Date of announcing the Annual Financial Statements of 2015: Wednesday March 30, 2016 (after the end of trading session of Athens Stock Exchange).

-       Date of publishing the Annual Financial Statements of 2015: Thursday March 31, 2016.

-       Date of Annual Shareholders' Ordinary General Assembly: Thursday June 16, 2016

-       No dividend will be distributed for the year 2015.

HERACLES G.C.C. reserves the right to alter the above dates, after promptly informing investors by amending the present.
