Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005,  that mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company sold, on June 8th, 2016,  20.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 440,056.88.
