PIPE INDUSTRY AND REAL ESTATE” informs the investors that on May 31st, 2016 based on the Announcement No 35096 of G.E.MI., the spin-off of the pipes and hollow section industrial and trading sector of the company and their contribution to its 100% subsidiary “E.VI.KE S.A. Investment, Industrial and Metals Trading, Real Estate and Construction Enterprises Societe Anonyme”, has been concluded according to the provisions of Article 52 of Law 4172/2013 and C.L. 2190/1920. Transformation Balance Sheet dated at 31/12/2015.
