The Management of NIREUS SA announces to the Investment Community that the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange during its session dated on February 11th 2016, approved the lift of  the shares'  trading from the Supervision category, based on the fact that there are no reasons any more for the placement of the company in the aforementioned category.

The transfer of the company's shares to the Main Market of the Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange will be effective as of February 12th, 2016.
