As of February 21, 2020, the shares of the company "AUDIO VISUAL ENTERPRISES S.A." (GRS489003004) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 26,666,665 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The rights' trading period is set from February 26, 2020 to March 6, 2020, included. The rights' subscription period is set from February 26, 2020 to March 11, 2020, included.

It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on February 21, 2020, are set as follows: +30% at the theoretical adjusted share price: €0.2600 and -30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (20/01/2020): €0.2500.

According to the above, and taking into consideration that in the system ΟΑΣΗΣ (the Advanced Electronic & Automated System for Securities Trading of ATHEX) the start share price - in this case - is the closing share price, the maximum and minimum trading limits are formed as follows:
