Lift of suspension of the shares of J. BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A.

Upon relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as of today, August 20^th, 2018, the suspension of trading  of the common and preferred shares of "J.BOUTARIS & SON HOLDING S.A." is lifted, which was placed according to case (d), paragraph 2, article 23, L. 3556/2007 and continued according to paragraph 1, article 17, L.3371/2005, since the reason for suspension is no longer in effect, taking into account that the company published on 17.08.2018 the Annual Financial Reports for the fiscal year 2017 with auditors' report Unqualified opinion - emphasis of matters.   

           As of the same date, the shares of the company will be trading on the Surveillance segment.
