The company “DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA S.A” announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, Law 3340/2005 and in conjunction with the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. George Zacharopoulos, Non Executive BoD Member,- Person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- on October 06, 2014,  bought 10,000 common registered shares of “HYGEIA S.A”, with total value of EUR 2,264.27
