Hygeia: termination of Management agreement with Henry Dunant Hospital

Within the obligation to inform the investor community, the company DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA SA (hereinafter "the Company") announces that, after the completion of the relevant auction, the management agreement between the Company and the Non-Profit Charitable Institution HENRY DUNANT Hospital that  had previously been unanimously decided with the Charitable Institution, has ended automatically. 

 The Company would like to thank Piraeus Bank, the BoD ofHENRY DUNANT Hospital, as well as all the Hospital executives and employees for the excellent and constructive working relationship throughout the time the relevant services were rendered.
