EL.TECH. ANEMOS (the “Company”) management would like to inform the investment community, that the Company's Investment Plan for the period 2014-2015, as included in the Prospectus dated July 3^rd, 2014 (listing of Company's shares on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange), is being implemented according to the initial timetable.

Indicatively, funding for all the four wind farm projects of the Investment Plan 2014-2015 is well under way (agreed terms with lending banks and currently in the documentation stage), while the order of the wind turbines has been placed.

In formulating the Company's funding strategy various options are assessed also taking into account the prevailing market conditions in Greece and internationally. However, articles in the electronic press mentioning that the Company plans to proceed with an issuance in the debt capital markets in the near future are not valid.
