Resignation of Board Member

Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (“the Bank”) announces that Mr Konstantinos Katsaros submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Bank on 13 October 2014. As per the Bank's articles of association, the resignation will become effective upon its acceptance by the Board of Directors or within seven days from its submission, if not withdrawn.
