MAILLIS S.A. – INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES” (hereinafter "the Company") announces that the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, by the decision of its Board of Directors  no  1/696/3.11.2014, approved the request of the Offeror HIG Luxemburg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l., submitted on October 10^th 2014, for the squeeze out of the remaining shares of the Company, which were not acquired during the mandatory takeover bid of June 30^th, 2014, pursuant to articles 27 and 27a of Law 3461/2006. In accordance with the above decision, day of cessation of trading of Company's shares, on the Athens Stock Exchange, has been set the 18^th of November, 2014.
